Three key things to like in Plan for Victoria

Additionally, we welcome the Department of Transport and Planning's introduction of metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Plan for Victoria. 

For too long, the planning system has lacked mechanisms for measurement and accountability, and it is a welcome change to see the system move to becoming more outcomes-oriented. 

The Plan for Victoria contains a number of actionables. We look forward to seeing the planning system become more responsive to ensuring iterative change to delivering those actionables and achieving the outcomes Victorians need.
